Marine environments are some of the most challenging environments for paints and coatings, as they are exposed to harsh weather conditions, and saltwater. As a paint manufacturer, we offer a range of specialized coatings designed to protect surfaces in marine environments and withstand these challenging conditions.

Our marine coatings are specifically formulated to provide superior protection against corrosion, fouling, and other forms of damage. They are made from high-quality materials that are resistant to saltwater, and harsh weather conditions, ensuring that they can provide long-lasting protection in even the most challenging environments.

One of the key benefits of our marine coatings is their excellent adhesion. They are designed to bond strongly to a variety of surfaces, including metal, concrete, and wood, and can be used on a wide range of marine equipment, including boats, offshore platforms, and other marine structures.

Our marine coatings are also highly resistant to abrasion and impact, making them an ideal choice for use in high-traffic areas or where equipment is exposed to frequent wear and tear. They can withstand heavy loads and exposure to harsh environmental conditions, providing a long-lasting protective layer that can help to extend the lifespan of the underlying surface.

In addition to their superior performance, our marine coatings are also highly customizable. We offer a wide range of colors and finishes to suit specific needs and aesthetics, and can provide tailored solutions to meet the unique challenges of different marine environments.

Our marine coatings are an excellent choice for anyone looking to protect surfaces in challenging marine environments. Whether you are looking to protect a boat from saltwater or to provide long-lasting protection for an offshore platform, our marine coatings can provide a reliable and cost-effective solution.

Before applying a marine coating, the surface must be subjected to SA3 blasting. First coating on the blasted surface will be of inorganic zinc rich primer- Finecoat® IOZ220. The intermediate coating should be of Micaceous iron oxide coating (MIO coat) of Finecoat® EP301. The final topcoats can be either two coats of epoxy paint Finecoat® EP401 and a single coat of PU paint Finecoat® PU530 or a single coat of epoxy paint Finecoat® EP401 and two coats of PU paint Finecoat® PU530. Composition of the final top coat is decided on the basis of application, end- use and aesthetics.
